hi was wondering the best, or if there is not a best tnen the way

most people do it.

more wieght on first set, then lesssen the wieght,

or less wieght on first set, then put more wieght on

i was doing bench and i usually put more wieght on the first set then start

to take wieght off, and some guy said that is a bad idea cause it can hurt

you and you wont get as good that way
