ive been reading up, and have been cutting for a few weeks. Im 6'1 and started at 200lbs. Im now down to 193, and still want to drop down to around 185. What can you guys recommend for the best results? My eating schedule usually varies a little since im busy with school and work, but i try to get in 3-5 small meals a day. Skinless Chicken breast, salads with vinegarette, some steak, and a protein shakes after my workouts and before bed.

If you're already losing weight you're probably on the right track. Keep doing that until you get to your target weight

So you don't wanna get big, do you?

how many calories are you taking ?? and what are your card/protein/fat ratios
honestly i havent even set out any ratios between what i should be doing...i did a basic search on "cutting" as to what i should be eating, but havent really taken it in depth much further. im keeping carb intake low, fats low, and high protein. thats bout it![]()
Track your daily calories. You'll be glad you did.

you look real good to me, are you sure you don't want to bulk up a bit?
im looking to just get lean this summer before i start bulking again around winter time....I couldve probably put on some more mass before starting to cut, but my goal is to get in good shape for the summer
