Recently I notice that whenever I do bend over or side lateral raises, my right shoulder (the front side) will have this cramp type of pain.
1) What causes the pain?
2) How to eliminate it?
3) Will the pain cause my shoulders to stop growing?
Could be a rotator cuff injury? Start doing some rotator cuff exercises.
And I sure hope it won't stop you from growing. The only it would do that is if the pain caused you not to train...
