    Do NOT do any type of running on the day BEFORE I do deadlifts...$hit man. Alhtough on the plus side my PR went up 10 lbs today. I got 325x4.5 up today in conventional deads

    Drawback: I had lower back pain after my run. Even though I took 1200 mg Ibuprofen right after the run, I don't think I should have done it. I haven't run at all for 2 months... ****, I thought I was gonna hurl.
