    Gigante's Journal

I have been doing a retarted diet starting at 215lbs and am now down to 208.5, but I really didn't keep good logs of anything I did. I will work on keeping them here now.

Just purchased UD2 and will most likely be implementing some new things into my diet.

    Starting Stats:
    Height: 5'10
    Weight: 208.5
    Max Bench: 255
    Max Squat: 365

To tell you off the bat, I am not a big protein eater, so this is a struggle for me, but I am working on keeping my calories low and eatting as much protein as I can.

Today was the first day of keeping my journal on my way to a lower BF. I was a little off on my normal food counts because I had a 3-game hockey tournament and needed to eat some carbs because I could feel the fatigue of having o energy to run off of.

I have basicanlly been running my diet by ear, but have been having overfeeding on weekends, so this shouldn’t mess it up too badly.

    Daily Food Stats:
    Calories: 2331
    Fat: 102
    Carbs: 221
    Protein: 153
