I am surprised and not surprised you went for 405lbs already. Didn't you just start doing squats again?

Heavy stuff. Any problem getting those 120 lb dumbells into postion for overhead presses? Are you seated or standing?

Yeah they are tough to get started. I actually had trouble this week with the 110's. I missed getting the left side up and struggled to get started.

    I do seated presses.

    Dumbbell Press: 120x12,130x10,140x7
    Incline Bench: 245x10,265x7,285x5

Man, I've never been stronger on db presses as I was this week. Incline didn't get the same progress but I did get an extra rep on the last set.

Nice work, you got an extra rep on both dumbell and incline bench

Tell the gym to start ordering some new dumbells.

    Back. Wednesday June 23

    Wide Grip Pullups: BWx9,BW+10x7,BW+20x6
    Spider Row: 225x10,250x7,270x4
    Close Grip Pullups: BW+20x10,BW+30x7,BW+40x5

Going to cut the weight back on the Spider Row. It was abit too heavy. I will prolly start at 225 and increase by 15lbs.

Not training legs this week. Had to go to the chiropractor. I tweeked my back abit last week during squats.

Just wondering how your back is doing, did the session help any? Have you been taking some time off, or just not posting?

    Shoulders. Friday June 25

    Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 100x10,110x4
    Lateral Raise: 55x12,65x6,65x6
    Front Raise: 45x10,50x8,55x6/5
    Barbell Shrugs: 325x12,355x9,375X6

The first set of shoulder press was good but after that I was just exhausted so I called it quits for shoulder press.

Chiropractor went well and I think I'll be doing legs agin this week.

Bumped up the weight on hammers and spiders. That was nice after yesterday's workout.

Nice work. Cry me a river about the 110's on shoulder press. What are your plans for legs this week?

    Dumbbell Press: 130x10,140x8,140x7
    Incline Bench: 245x11,275x7,295x5

Still moving up. I've never been this strong on these exercises. I could have had 9 reps second set. I will try for that next week.

An-Tron, I plan on doing the same routine but may lighten up on the weight for front squats. I feel great right now and I will be going to the chiropractor again Tuesday night.

Anthony, I didn't do legs because my lower back muscles were still tender from the chiropractor session.

    Thanx Cocoa.

Energy level wasn't great. Went for a 2 hour bike ride with the brother-in-law. What a dumb idea. Well my mountain bike is just a tangled ball of metal now in my backyard.

I went for 3 pps for incline bench and got it. I've been talking to An-tron about some things on benching like keeping my lats tight and bringing my shoulder blades together and it work well on the 315 attempt on incline.

Where did you mangle your bike? A friend of mine tore his leg up pretty bad when we went out by the dam (the old resevoir?). Nice work on the incline, foo!! Now GTFOMB!!

I mangled my bike in the backyard with my bare hands. Thats what it gets for wasting my energy and f@#$ing up my workout.

An-Tron, no one tells me to GTFOMB!!
