    Seated Barbell Press: 225x8,225x7,245x5
    Lateral Raise: 60x10,65x9,70x5
    Barbell Shrugs: 365x10,385x8,405x5

    Took a couple of days off this week, been tired. I think its the hot weather, we haven't had much of a summer till the past 2 weeks.

    Preacher Curls: 115x10,125x6,125x5
    Close Grip Bench: 245x9,265x4

    Dropped the spiders curls for preacher curls. The spider curls have been bothering me abit lately.
