on the 24th of June I'm going to florida and be going to the beach and stuff while my body is pretty toned out i still have excess fat specially my stomach and my sides (they are flappy) I want to loose this excess fat without loosing muscle what can i do? i want to loose at least 6lbs in 2 weeks. specially my stomach and my waist.

at the end of my semester for about a month I ate no fat, low carbs, no sugar...pretty much just grilled chicken, steamed veggies and salas with no dressing, I did an hour of cardio 4 times a week and still ifted 3 times a week, i lsot 20 lbs, so 6 lbs in 2 weeks is easily done...to tell you the truth you coudld probabaly get up to 10 lost...
