I use an electric shaver on my legs. Ive heard people use a cream to exfoliate their faces. Will that help for the ingrown hairs on my legs, or should i do something else entirely?
If it works on your face, I see no reason why you can't use it on your legs.
I get the occasional ingrown hair. I pick it out.
Ingrowing hairs? How many do you have? I had 2 or 3 on my neck after I "went the wrong way" shaving, they turned red but I just used some tweezers to remove the hair from underneath the skin, then trim it off at the base. I haven't had any since then as I have learnt my lesson.
As far as exfoliating cream, I think that is used to remove dead skin cells from the skin and clear away dirt.
Edge-man u say that you "went the wrong way". I shave against the grain. Is that what u mean by wrong way?
Yup, if I shave against the grain it is okay for about two days, but my neck will come out in a rash and sometimes ingrown hairs as well. Takes another 3 days to clear up so its a royal pain in the ass.
for ingrown you need to exfoliate with something, best one i think is St.Ives apricot scrub, but some people use loofa. give it a try
