Ive seen many different numbers bandied about on the net bout how much protein a 100g of COOKED chicken breast contains. Does anyone know for sure?
It can vary. There is no exact answer. How it's cooked can affect the count. Eating it with the skin can also affect cal count. I use the cal count for how its cooked (fried, stewed, roasted) and if it has skin or not.

i count 100g of lean chicken breast (no skin or bones) as 28g of protein.

I'm not moaning, i'm having an opinion.
very roughly 30g per 100g.
the breasts i eat are 125g and about 40g prot.
wont the pack that you buy have the protein count on it???? cant you just go by that....that would make sense no?
yes and when I eat at the D-hall i usually count the chicken as 30
