Okay, trivia question (to settle a bet)
Who was the bodybuilder (I think in the 60's and 70's) who was famous for doing high reps (like 50 to 100)?
All I can remember is that his first name was Steve and that his last name began with a M. Not much to go on, but if anybody knows who I am talking about, they would earn my eternal gratitude :evillaugh

I bet Chris knows.
I dunno, but I will bet you that he didn't actually train with that high of reps. Sounds like a publicity thing....so he'd be remembered. Didn't work too well, lol.

Well according to Mike Mentzer, this felllow believed in high reps. "He practised what he preached...and ended up with one foot in the grave."Originally Posted by ace dogg
