In the first month I began working out I gained 10 pounds. So I would say one month. I didn't even eat anything then. Hell, once I got my eating together, I saw results on a week by week basis.

I'd have to say about a month. I started in early April after the accident. I was 153 at 17.7%. Now I'm 169. god knows what my bf % is.

i'd say never, i've effectively been on the lowest bf bulk you've ever seen since about this time last year, i have gained 15-20 pounds with no change in bodyfat. I'm sure i would appear different if you looked at me last year, and now, but i've gained so steadily and slowly that nobody has noticed.
