Very noticable. If like, someone hasnt seen you in a month, then you show up, and they can see you've gotten bigger/changed.

In the first month I began working out I gained 10 pounds. So I would say one month. I didn't even eat anything then. Hell, once I got my eating together, I saw results on a week by week basis.

i'd say never, i've effectively been on the lowest bf bulk you've ever seen since about this time last year, i have gained 15-20 pounds with no change in bodyfat. I'm sure i would appear different if you looked at me last year, and now, but i've gained so steadily and slowly that nobody has noticed.

i first starte working out at 15 in high school for PE. weight training course full of meathead BS. i didnt pay attention to diet, but i noticed my body had been changed drastically just in my frame by the end of the semester. my shoulders were round, then they were more squared and powerful looking. i lost my pear shape to my body and got more of a V. never paid attention to bulking until i was about 21. then my first bulk i gained 50 lbs in a year. noticed it after the first 20 lbs, or about 4 months.
