I haven't done it since april. and that was once, and before that, last november.
Anyway, I'm posting this, cause lately I get dizzy when I start to get fatigued. I almost passed out doing db curls today. I'm wondering if it's cause I haven't done any cardio in...a...long.......time
Sometimes I go deaf in my left ear, but that's only every now and then.
breathing not enough water diet? any of these possabilities

i do cardio 4 times a week for 30 minutes each session

5 days a week. Usually 2-3 hours each day.

I currently perform my cardio 6 x's a week at 20 mins.

YepOnce it ends..hopefully we get to districts, so at least we'll continue until Spring. League is now, if we get past league, districts isn't until Spring. Even though it ends, I will still try to either do 30-60 minutes of sprints, 2 times a week or run 3.5 miles 2-3 times a week, while I lean bulk. Just to keep myself in shape and fast.
