i try to do 150 throughout the day everyday, and i was wandering is that good to do even on my rest days.....cuz i heard that they are really good for strenght and cutting you up and that you can do them everyday.........just want to make sure
WANT TO GET BIGGER
150 reps! Thats way too much, you'd just be better doing 8-10 weighted push ups. And your only gonna get ripped with them if u are on a cut. And the same rules apply as any other excersise/bodypart so doing them everyday is a bad idea because they work tris or chest, depending on your grip (wide/close)
i only do 30 one position close/30 wide/30wide far/30close far/etc..... so i should just do them like 4 times a week then
ohhh i dont do 150 at once i do it throughout the day

WANT TO GET BIGGER
No, u should do them on the day u work your chest and tris only.
its alrite to do em on other days, hey its muscular endurance- why not
overtraining is the only concern
other then the fact that theyre not gonna build muscle for you, theyre fine- im considering doin them every day other then the 2 days i do chest/tris

It will make you much better at doing lots of pushups.
Squats work better than supplements.

When I was in the corps, we did pushups damn near everyday. I could drop down and do well over 200 non-stop. My chest didnt get bigger because of it though.
The only way to cut is through diet and cardio.
