I know this has been hit on quite a few times before but I never saw a straight out answer. Im getting back into working out and decided to do cold measurements, this revealed that there is anywhere from a .25 to 1 inch difference in some left and right body parts (ie bi's, calves, etc). Should I up the weight or do an extra rep in the lacking side, or just continue to train them equally and see if they even out after a few months?
Switch to dumbells where appropriate. Don't try to do an extra rep or weight or watever on the lacking side as you'll end up overcompensating. Things should even themselves out.
Ok thanks, I use DB's whenever possible anyway
