    102g fat
    403g carbs
    049g protien
    2726 calories

    135 x 12 bench
    135 x 10

    95 x 8 curl
    95 x 4

I think it's worth noting that I've been, and will continue to do so, following a strict diet primarily consisting of Macaroni & Cheese, Doritos, and Mountain Dew. Contrary to what many might think, I firmly believe that this diet, coupled with my super high intensity training efforts, will catapult me to the greatness I seek. Just started lifting again last week. It's been a long time since I've trained. Don't know why. Musta got lost, somewhere down the line.

Out of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance my head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate how charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.
