the inner seal on my opticen was broken .
i recieved my opticen on monday but waited untill i finished another tub of mrp that i had , well i opened the opticen last night and the inner seal was broken . when i initially recieved the tub there was powder all over the lid and beneath the first plastic sea l, i thought it was a little odd but i didnt really get concerned . do you guys have any sort of policy on this ?

You jug got jostled in shipping, that is what caused the powder around the lip etc.
You can return the jug to us and we will replace it. Check our return policy on the site.
Just so you know, I have used a jug with the same scenario.
