I'm going on vacation in about a month and gonna be staying for around two weeks, and I want to cut so I can look good for the fiancee and my family. Currenly, I've been bulking for several months and I've gotten a little bigger around the stomach (with bulking it's expected). Question is, if I go on a cut and eat say, 300 or so less calories than maintenance and do cardio couple times a week in addition to lifting, will I see some decent, visible fat loss in a month? Thanks for the thoughts.![]()
PS - I've never really cut that much before because I was a skinny guy. I've put on a good frame and poundage, but I'm not sure what to expect.

That would be a good way to do it, but don't plan on losing too much in a month (depending on how much you need to lose). If you're looking to cut pretty fast, check out the "Ultimate Diet 2.0".
