moment but can only do 3x5 i donnot seam to get anything
from these. is seated cable rows good for adding mass to back???? or should i stay with chins.

You should be using both chins and a row movement in your back routine. What is your current routine?

Routine looks fine. I personally do only 3 exercises. Here's what I'm about to do now:
1.Deadlifts-3-4 warmups, 1 work set 5-6 reps
2.Chins-1 warmup- 2 work sets to failure
3.Cable rows-2 warmups- 2 work sets 5-8 reps.
I use very high intensity and low volume. It is working for me.

Using biceps too much? Experiment with your form. Try leaning back when you're performing the motion - Don't bring your chin up to the bar, bring your chest up to the bar while keeping your back arched and your head back.
Note on chinups, if you do not disconnect your elbows completely and straighten your arms on the way down, you may as well be doing bicep curls.
If you're like me and can't do more than a few true chinups, use a cable machine but make sure your form is perfect.
I second the notion to try and experiment with bringing the bar to your chest, lower chest if possible. You will hit different muscles.
advice from the wise chris masonuse a suppinated, shoulder width grip to put your biceps in a stronger position to allow your lats to be worked harder. i also agree with gino do em poliquin style http://www.testosterone.net/html/85back.html
