    This a good diet plan or bad? (Suggestions?)

    Breakfast6:00 AM
    4 egg whites, juice
    1 apple or orange
    6 ounces of cottage cheese
    1 large bowl of oatmeal with milk, or fruit
    2 pieces of whole wheat toast (2 cups milk)


    Snack9:00 AM
    3 ounces dried fruit apricots
    1 plain baked potato
    1 cup juice


    Lunch11:00-12:00
    Chicken and rice
    2 cups milk (2 scoops protein)
    1 cup juice
    1 plain baked potato
    1 piece fresh fruit Banana


    Pre-Workout2:00 PM
    3 ounces dried fruit
    1 plain baked potato
    1 cup juice with protein powder


    Dinner5:00 PM
    1 Can tuna
    3 scoops protein in water
    Large serving of vegetable ½ can green beans/corn
    2 pieces of whole wheat bread


    Snack8:00 PM
    1 cup yogurt
    3 egg whites with juice


    Im going off somone elses so i had to change some things around i think I could stick to this diet but i think it still needs tweeking if anyone has suggestions please tell me. thx

    I agree.Have a tbsp of flaxseed in the last meal of the day.(drop the juice)
    I also believe that you are overconsuming fructose.Reduce it a bit.

    well wont carbs help me bulk up a little bit. I want to gain weight.

    You need a lot of carbs.(multiply your bodyweight with 2 or 3,depending on your metabolism)You don't need that much fructose though.

    Move the Tuna from meal 5 to meal 2.
    Lose the toast from meal 1 and get some flax seed oil.

    hi

    Im going to start going in at 3 i think or somtime around there its pointless to do anything in the morning not enough time to do everything.
