I've been away from training for 1-1,5 months now because of an arm injury. God, it feels like ages... But now I'm back, more egeer (sp?) then ever to train.
But this time I won't purely train BB. My dream is to become a Navy Seal, so I have to change my traning plan and put in a lot of cardio in my workout, but I'll still train with weights to get a good upper body strenght (like Rock)
I've decided to create a online journal, so that you guys could take a look at it and hopefully come with helpful suggestions and tips.
Thanks in advance

I've always gone to the gym with the conviction that I'll be the hardest working mother****er in the joint. Make that your credo, and hope we don't lift at the same place.

hehehe are you from Norway???? I'll start updating when i get into this training routine. Havn't been able to train lately because of school..
I have several questions:
Do you have legs?
Why are you not training them?
Why a day just for biceps?
Why no direct shoulder work?
Why all the pullups and pulldowns?
Thing is, you have a decent plan there if you do the following:
Drop all the bicep work.
Add a shoulder press on your Chest/tricep day
Squat and SLDL.
Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

I haven't added deadlifts to my program because I think that I'm to young to do deadlifts. I'd rather wait a couple of years before doing a exercise which can be harmful to my back, if done incorrectly.
what do you think?
