    Hi everybody

    I would like to say hi to everybody on the forum and hopefully be able to learn alot and if possible help whenever I can.

    Here is a little something about me :

    I'm 19y, 1.77m tall and 60KG, I guess this is nuff to see what I want to improve , I unlike most people would like to GAIN weigth and build some nice muscle while i'm at it, hopefully i will be able to do so. Tho i'm kinda lost attm (wanted to start a home trainning routine)

    I'll be the first on the welcoming party.. You've found a good place for the information you're looking for, as quite a few beginners goals are very similar to yours. I personaly started at about 140 pounds, so gaining some muscle was ultimately my goal..

    Definitely take a peek at the diet and lifting forums and read through as much as you can. For beginners, I'd try getting on the wbb1 routine and start eating more/properly. If you are lacking in equipment at home, or need a description or help out on what some of the exercises are, definitely ask how we can modify it to fit the stuff you do currently have.

    Feel free to ask as many questions as need be.
