would you plz post a good routine for me 13 years old and with workout schedules and all plzplz plz because every routine i make turns out to be disgusting
13?
I'd lean towards bodyweight exercises (pushups, dips, chins, deep knee bends, etc...) and sports.
Circuit training type stuff is great for your age. Get aerobically fit, too, you'll regret it later in life if you aren't. Do some pushups, pullups, bodyweight squats, etc.
i need a good routine don't mind about my age i am 14 by the way but i get mixed because it was in january and there are many friends of 14 years have killer bodies so plz post a good routine
just listen to what paul and cobra had to say, that is good advice for you.

Powerlifting Westside Style
try this
close grip chins x 25
pushups x 100
crunches x 100
squats x 500
all body weight exercises done in a circuit (one after the other)
obviously u won't be able to do those numbers right away but they should be your long term goal. i guarentee that u WILL be in pain while doing this.
i beleive they follow a similar routine in the lions den (ken shamrock).

these peple are right: running is also good for building aerobic endurance. Gives you a better quality of life. I wish i had started running at a younger age...
