    would you plz post a good routine for me 13 years old and with workout schedules and all plzplz plz because every routine i make turns out to be disgusting

    I'd lean towards bodyweight exercises (pushups, dips, chins, deep knee bends, etc...) and sports.

    Circuit training type stuff is great for your age. Get aerobically fit, too, you'll regret it later in life if you aren't. Do some pushups, pullups, bodyweight squats, etc.

    i need a good routine don't mind about my age i am 14 by the way but i get mixed because it was in january and there are many friends of 14 years have killer bodies so plz post a good routine

    try this

    close grip chins x 25
    pushups x 100
    crunches x 100
    squats x 500

    all body weight exercises done in a circuit (one after the other)
    obviously u won't be able to do those numbers right away but they should be your long term goal. i guarentee that u WILL be in pain while doing this.
    i beleive they follow a similar routine in the lions den (ken shamrock).

    these peple are right: running is also good for building aerobic endurance. Gives you a better quality of life. I wish i had started running at a younger age...
