Dude, not alot is going to happen in a month, but what has happened is impressive given the short time duration. Keep it up, and check back in 3 months.

i agree with all of the above eat..2 hours later eat...repeat all day with as skinny as you are you probaly should eat at least 4000 calories a day if not much more.

shave your nipples, put some shorts on, and you look like your busting a nut. You looked a lot better in the other pictures you posted. Try to add some more size while staying close to the bf% you are now. Slowly up the intake of clean calories, and lift heavy in the 4-12 rep range.
