    new to forum

    hi this is my first post in the nutrition section and i just started dieting and working out twice a day. i've been eating only skinless chicken breast one piece twice a day. i know it's not the best but chicken breast is a good way to go right?

    Sure chicken is fine, but damn you need to eat a lot more. Regardless of your goals. That's probably like 500-600 calories depending on the size of the chicken. Your metabolism will stall really fast at that rate.
