    Creatine Dosage

I was reading today in Dr. Atkins nutrition book at work and he feels that you need upwards of 15-20 g of creatine a day for it to be affective and anything under that hasnt been found to be affective. Any thoughts?

Atkins was a quack, 5g of creatine daily is enough.

Unfortunately Dr Atkins is not alive to argue for himself, but if he were alive I think he would say, "Let me out of this box".

Some people seem to thin khe knows what he is talking about, like the two doctors i work under at EPG. Maybe not neccesarilly about creatine but for the most part. In any case that argument gave a good ammount of much needed info, thanx.
