Injured something. Got a pain in the back of my leg,
right below my butt. Don't know if it's a pull, or a strain
or what. Hurts when I do squats. The lower I go, the
more it hurts.
Is that a hamstring injury? If so, thoughts on rehab,
other than rest?
Sounds more like glutes. Just make sure you give it a good slow stretch every morning so it doesn't freeze up on you. If it doesn't improve in say, 4 days, see the doc.
