    Im new

    hey well im not new 2 lifting but i guess im new 2 power lifting...i always thought of huge 300 pounds guys when i thought of powerlifting but i now know you dun have 2 be huge 2 become a powerlifter...and i was hoping you guys could give me some insight and or tips...here are my states...

    Bench-215
    Squat-305
    Dead-390

    Im 16 and weigh around 170

    Its august now, doesn't 55 lbs in 5 months seem a bit excessive without some significant bf gain? At least you'll get stronger.

    Who cares about bodyfat? He's a powerlifter, not a bodybuilder. Besides, a little bodyfat will help keep him warm in the winter.

    170-225 in 5 months = stretch marks IMHO
