I am 14 years and have been body building for months but i heared lately that it is not good for my age because my body didn't complete it's whole growth which can make me shorter and cause things in my back which aren't good so i wanna know shall i go on or not?

dont worry about weight training stunting your growth, i was 5'6 when i started and ended up 5'10. as for the question about the back, (im assuming that you are still young), just take is easy and dont lift too heavy. the problem with beginner injuries is the lack of good form.
just take it easy, and you'll be fine.
