I'm back from pilionidal cyst surgery!

I had surgery on July 5th I believe and got about 3/4 of an inch and about the size of a quarter chunk taken out of my butt/tailbone region. Finally after all this time I should be able to workout properly!

I had one of those things and it was a real pain in the ass!! I got mine lanced before it got too bad so I didn't need surgery. My roommate had his cut out and he was out of commission for about a month and a half. Enjoy your new asscrack!

Mine will still flair up from time to time for a few days just to scare me but it goes away. It is a really embarrassing thing to explain to someone who has never heard of it before. I found that the only comfortable place to sit was on the toilet because it took all the pressure off it. I guess those doughnut cushion things would serve the same purpose.
