I have been reading stuff on paul anderson and i gotta say, he was a kick ass guy. As strong as he was, its really cool to hear about some of his training methods and such. It seems like the bulk of his training was soley in squats. He was putting up some crazy squat sessions and this was when he wasnt using any equipment at all. Its really amazing. What a cool guy he was.

You've got to respect a guy who does squats using iron wheels.

LOL, when I first saw the title of this thread I thought of the same guy Gyno.
The half-million citizens of the District of Columbia, like citizens of the fifty states, bear all of the obligations of American citizenship: they are required to obey the laws passed by Congress; they pay federal taxes; they serve in the military; and they fight and die in our wars. Yet they lack the most basic right that should accompany American citizenship—the right to full voting representation in Congress. This makes the United States the only nation in the world with a representative, democratic constitution that denies citizens of its capital representation in the national legislature. In fact, no fewer than 183 nations provide their citizens the type of representation citizens of Washington, DC are denied.
There's a museum of him in his hometown if anyone is wants to take a two hour drive from Atlanta to the middle of nowhere.
but are all those claims true, he sure was strong, but how strong?
A big thanks to all my friends in the USA, I am deeply grateful for your hospitality and kindness.
im not so sure that above 1000 claim has been proven, either way i believe it. I believe there is a lot of proof of his like 800x10. Im not really too sure.

well then I have to see it, because chris mason has mentioned alot of times, that he was very strong, but alot of the claims, are untrue.
