Anyone tried or currently eating that Hi-Lo cereal?
For those of you that don't know what I'm talking about it's the "low-carb diet" cereal.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup (30 g)
Servings per Container: About 11
Calories from Fat 15
Total Fat 1.5g
Saturated Fat 0g
Trans Fat 0g
Total Carbohydrate 11g
Dietary Fiber 6g
Protein 12g (soy)
I really need to start eating a better breakfast and thought this might be a good idea since I refuse to wake up 15 minutes earlier to cook something.
Also, does it taste alright?
Post has a similar cereal. Opinions on that?
