    cardio

as ive said in previous posts, my cardio is running. if im lucky i can do it thrice a week but usually only twice because of leg soreness from leg days.
would i be doing myself a disservice if i worked my legs (with weights) once a week, and ran 3 or 4 days? my intentions are just to get lean and keep losing fat, ive dropped 20 lbs in the past few months and want to lose another 10-15.

Not at all. Working your legs once a week is not bad at all. Give a day or so of rest, then you have the rest of the week for running. Just figure out what days you cann't dont want to run and do your legs the day before.

With my hockey i know i can not do legs before or even the same day as gameday. So i always do them the day after.
