    oatmeal cookies

    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    artificial sweetner to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla and banana extract
    4 egg whites

    1c oats ungrinded

mix all of top ingredients except ungrinded oats in bowl add water if to thick, should make a batter type consistency... once done add in the oats and fold in, throw in freezer for an hour or fridge for 2-3 hours, preheat oven to 350 then throw in for about 10 minutes, should make about 25 small sized cookies.

OK, according to fitday whole batch is:

    793 cals
    10grams fat
    137g carb
    40g protein.

So divided into 25 cookies thats (per cookie):

    32 cals
    .4 g fat
    5.5g carb
    1.6g protein

Or per 5 cookies (who the hell eats one cookie?!):

    160 cals
    2g fat
    27.5g carb
    8 grams protein

Seriously though, an average cookie (like from Subway) is ~200 calories. I'm sure all of us can eat 4 of them. Those must be 25 REALLY small cookies.

They came out pretty good. I made them a little diff. Since the batter makes about 24 I made 5 big ones. They taste good though should give them a try.

Does anyone remeber those little oatmeal cookie sandwichs with the white creme in middle? I was wondering if anyone knows something I can use(*other then natty pb=)*) to put inbetween the cookies? I was thinking of getting some yogurt and getting it to a consistency of soft serve and using that but don't know if that will work.

The smaller the cookie, the less "middle" part of the cookie you get. Everyone knows the middle of the cookie is the chewiest, yummiest part.

    Bigger = better
