I am a newbiewho is looking for help in locating an awesome trainning routine in the form of a chart!
Let me explain:
--it looks like an excel spread sheet. It consists of 7 workouts (1 thru 7) on the horysontal line and on the vertical line weights from 195 descending all the way to 260. That's your max. All First workouts have 5 sets, all others have 6. The last workout ends with a Max attempt.
I sure hope this rings a bell for someone!
I cannot find it anywhere, just got the first spreadsheet (from 136 to 195) but I am outgrowing that. I am using it for bench pressing but it can apply to anything.
If anyone knows where I should look (what website) or who I should ask please let me know!
