    Yogurt... To much?

I eat like 2 - 3 containers of yogurt a day between 190 - 220 cals each. Is their a porblem with eating that much, or even more?

I could go for one right now

As long as you account for it in your daily plan. If you're bulking - 2-3 yogurts is nothing (I eat more than that myself). But if you're cutting, it's enough to stall your weight loss.

220 calories per yogurt is a little high...ever thought about picking lighter options?

As long as its nonfat, plain, no artificial ingredients, and you sprinkle a tablespoon of flax oil with it, yum, that's fine. Or maybe you could do dry curd cottage cheese and nonfat milk to add variety.
