    Your favorite exercise

    Whats your favorite exercise. Single favorite exercise, and maybe a close second.

    I used to dread the thought of free squating for the first time, and now after only like two or three workouts squating, I crave doing it more and more.

    Although I think my favorite and most useful exercises go like this;

    straight leg dead lifts
    squats - i think i may try atf squats

    Pink dumbell wrist curls are the bestest, but when I get tired of those, weighted pullups are satisfactory.

    I'm going to go out on a limb admit that I pretty much hate squats. Well, actually it's a love/hate relationship.

    I'd say my fav exercise is deadlifts right now.

    Deadlift. I think it's the most 'pure' exercise there is, just picking a bar up off the floor, and it ****s up my whole body.

    I have so many favs. but the best has to be hack squats. ONly I do it a special way. It's not your regular 'sissy' style. it's 4 seta of 18, yeh 18. i change leg and feet position 3 times a set, changing every 6 reps. I also really like reverse tricep extensions. those will get that coveted horseshoe in the tricep.
