I have a question regarding carb timing. Is it better to taper carbs my throught the day, or to make all meals (except nighttime shake) have equal carbs? I have heard that eating fewer carbs later in the day would lessen the chance that they would be stored as fat, but I also know that spreading carbs equally throughout the day would keep insulin levels in check
    Thanks

Eat most of your carbs in breakfast and then reduce your intake in the next meals. The only ecxeption is the post workout "meal" which must have lots of carbs.
