    What kind of food is rich in vitamin k?

    Vitamin K is found mainly in green leafy vegetables, it is also found in cereals, fruits and and meats but to a lesser extent.

    vitamin K is actually produced in our intestines by bacteria that live down there. THis is why it is not always included in a supplement
