Total Fat / Calories From Fat

Someone help me w/ this. I would like to eat more tuna w/ lettus. Problem i need mayo or something. I just look at best foods and it said for (1 tb) has 9 grams total fat. Also has 100 calories and calories from fat 100. If I'm trying to bulk but want to watch the waist, do I have to pass on the mayo. I'm I watching for total fat or calories from fat.

The Mayo should not be a problem, just count your total calories, and incorporate that Mayo into the total amount of fat calories; you might have to make some adjustments in other areas of your diet. I use one tablespoon for 12 ounces of tuna.
    What am I on?
My back for the bench press.
    My feet for the squat.
    What are you on?

I agree with Ironman 1964, just count it in with your calories. I found that Mrs. Dash table blends help season the tuna also and makes a good additive. Also, starkist has the tuna sensations packets that are awesome, try the hickory smoked. It is good.

well how total fat calories should one have if trying to bulk, but not around the shed. The shed is what you grow to cover the tool below it
