Every other day (usually sometimes im too lazy) I work bench press, curls, and a lot of other weight lifting exercises I dont know the names of. I do about 3 sets of each (a few more for benching if I have someone to spot me). Is it bad to work all my muslces every other day. I only work out about 45 minutes- an hour and I do basically everything I can think of for arms and chest. Just wondering about any advice on if I'm doing **** right. Sorry if I seem ignorant about stuff but I'm new to lifting and all.
