    cutting assistance

    Here is my issue, I am already at about 8-9% bodyfat ona clean diet after bulking for 3 months. My goal is to drop 2-4pounds and 2% bodyfat if possible. What I need from everyone here are suggestions on what to take out of my diet, as well as the amount and timing of cardio to ensure I preserve as much muscle as possible. I plan to cutfor 2-4 weeks depending on the effectiveness of the dietary alterations. Thank you for your help.


    6 am:

    2 cans solid white albacore tuna

    total:

    350 calories

    70 grams protein

    4 grams fat


    10 am:

    20 ounces romaine lettuce

    2 cans solid white albacore tuna

    total:

    500 calories

    70 grams protein

    10 grams fat

    15 grams carbs


    1 pm:

    2 cans solid white albacore tuna

    total:

    350 calories

    70 grams protein

    4 grams fat


    3 pm (pre workout):

    2 cans solid white albacore tuna

    total:

    350 calories

    70 grams protein

    4 grams fat

    5:30 pm (post workout):

    Shake

    500 calories

    50 grams carbs

    70 grams protein

    7 pm:

    1.5 lbs lean chicken breasts

    700 calories

    150 grams protein

    10 pm:

    1.5 lbs lean chicken breasts

    700 calories

    150 grams protein

    total calories:

    2900 calories

    workout:

    daily cardio

    running: 6 minute mile

    3 miles 400 calories post workout

    5 day split:

    Mon- chest
    tuesday- back
    wed-biceps
    thurs- triceps
    fri- shoulders

    stats:

    5'9

    147lbs

    Train legs and add some fat. Also, look up HIIT cardio, it works well.

    Honestly, though, I don't see why you'd wanna cut anymore.
