Wake up all puffy and so on

When i wake up my face is usually really puffy.. eyes look weird and so on, a shower usually fixes it but i dont have time. This will happen if i sleep anywhere from 8 to 14 hours so it isnt lack of sleep. People tell me i look tired a lot to... even if im not.. wahts up with that?

    *hops onto her thyroid soapbox*

maybe, maybe not...morning puffiness (something called myxedema) is one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism. As is looking extremely tired and drained. You may be too young for this, it's unlikely since you are a male, but you never know....ZI would talk to your doctor about this. It could also be water retention due to a high sodium diet, but that doesn't jibe with the "looking tired" bit.

Couldn't it be from too much sleep? 14 hours is a LONG time.
