    HIT training

I used to do 2 muscles a workout 4 different exercises for each muscle and 3 sets apiece. Last week I read about HIT training and thought I'd try that for awhile. Holy sh*t. I started on it yesterday and this morning i feel like a weak little b!tch. maybe I'm just shocking my body into something new, but i'm more than happy with the soreness today. anyone who's plateauing, I would try it for awhile.

He's referring to HIT training, not cardio I believe.

Soreness has nothing to with growth. It's just that your body isn't used to that specific workout.

I know he is not doing cardio, but HITT can be still be extended for a certain period of time just like cardio. The soreness will go away soon. Just keep doing HITT training and ur body will get used to it faster. Try adding more minutes every week if u can.

HIT training refers to only doing 1 or 2 intense sets per bodypart. How can you "extend the workouts"?

Why do people always continue to mis-spell things after the proper usage is given multiple times?
