I was bulking on 3500cals for a month, but i put on some fat where I didnt want...So ive decided to cut down to like 3000-3100cals, but not change my routine at all.
My question is, will I lose any size gains in my traps, shoudlers and back?
depends, my guess is only a little. But if you continue with the same routine, probably not. go to 3100 cal and see what happens.
