You may know it but I read that spices(like mustard,pepper,paprika etc.) have a good thermogenic effect in your body.The truth is that I notice a raise in my body's temperature when I eat something spiced up.A simple way to turn your heat up!..
Thats right they do. Eating some hot sauce with meals or something to that affect helps to slightly increase your metabolic rate.![]()

I thought garlic was a good spice for thermogenic effects..

I heard that curry is especially good at raising your metabolism because it contains an igredient called Cardamom. this is just what i've read.

By the way,curry is the best thing you can put in your chicken!
I spice all my food when dieting even eggs
I use hot chilli powder and cayenne pepper which is in some thermogenic formulas
Spices are good for you, they help clear out toxins in your body
garlic isnt a spice but is a powerful anti-oxidant and is good for purifying your blood
Which totally justifies my cayenne pepper on EVERYTHING. Steak, chicken, potatoes, all with that beautiful red dust. That and Tabasco sauce...hells yeah..
Ok, Im going to have an extra spicy steak... mmm steak
