How does this look, it's my in season maintenace program
Monday:
Squats 5x5
SLDL 5x5
Laying hamstring curl 3x8
leg extensions 3x8
I may do some calf raises if I'm waiting for a bar or something.

Wednesday
Bench Press 5x5
Dumb Bell Shoulder Press 5x5
Barbell Rows 5x5
Skull Crushers SS close grip 5x5
Barbell Bicep Curl 5x5

1:30 between sets.

Saturday
Bench Press 5x5
Push Press 3x5 Cleans 2x5 One week I go PP 3 Cleans 2, then next week switch
Deadlifts 3x5 barbell rows 2x5
weighted dips 5x5
Seated Preacher curl 5x5

1:30 between sets

I'm thinking about changing the Barbell rows on Wednesday to, weighted pull ups 5x5 but not sure.
any suggestions?
