I am doing the WWB 1 work out, and I am not sure if its enough. I mean, I don't seem to be sore leaving the gym, despite failure at or before 7 reps......i am being fairly aggressive with my weight selection (in terms of pounds) and I am fairly knowledgable about proper technique.....could i be trying to lift too much weight and having the spotter to to much work?? Is only hitting each muscle group once per week enough?

You dont have to be soar leaving the gym. Alot of people don't get soar at all.

Dunno about other poeple..but try to hit each muscle group atleast two times a week. That's what I do..it works pretty good for me.
Once a week per body part is what I do. (of course, I'm an old guy) Don't know how often the youngun's do it. And don't worry about getting sore. Soreness and building muscle are not co-dependant.
A bodybuilder asked God, "What is the number one bodybuilding exercise?"
God answered: "Deadlifts"
The bodybuilder then asked God, "What is the second best bodybuilding exercise?"
And God answered: "More Deadlifts"
