    eating and loosing 8kg

    in the last few weeks i have lost 9kg due to ilnees were i didnt eat at all... alot of advice form peopel is to eat heaps but a fitness ladie who is the biggest milf across the road said that after eating a curtain amount u start to pee and poo it out... which meens lots of waste of food and money so what is the deeliyo yo

    my only comment:

    choose a diet, stick with it; caloric wise, never stop having a variety.

    dont overeat / not eat during one time or another.

    continue your diet constantly.

    that is the only way you can loose weight and keept it off, if it seems your gaining bf then simply adjust your diet till you can maintain a single weight without exercising much.

    btw..fitness people are MAD dumb. Personal trainers range in knowldege, but as a general rule fitness people think toning means using light weights to build tone on muscles, where as we all know, toning / cutting is loosing bf so your muscles are more visible.

    people also know nothing about the human body. Ask the average joe on your street, hey do u know what "muscle synthesis" is, how about vo2? what about a protein?

    Take advice from those who know, not who think. My best friends mom is a fitness lady, she thinks building on the muscle only happens during the realease of the exercise. She also doesnt know what cutting/toning is.

    That would be awesome, I'd be ridiculous huge and have 8 hour workouts!!!

    yeah i dont wont to loose weight i wont to put it on...i was in hosptial and almst lost 10kg... i now wont to put it back on... is overeating a good idea?
