Hey guys--it's my first post of a presumed many-yet-to-come. Anyway, I'm away at college and the food selection isn't too big (although the amount is huge). I'm not taking any protein shakes, and the best sources of protein i have available are tuna, grilled chicken and burgers.
Question is: If I'm eating 2 or 3 tuna sandwiches a day is there any chance of me getting sick/ill because of its mercury content?? Any replies would be welcome.
P.S. Not all of my questions/comments will be this dumb
From what I have been told, canned tuna isn't what yo ushould be concerned with. Fresh tuna supposedly has the higher Hg content. I can't quote studies offhand so I will bump to someone more in the know.
